- Twist to open: Locate the clear cartridge housing on both sides of your Weddell Duo. Gently twist counterclockwise to remove them.
- Insert the new filters: Insert the new filters by matching colors.
- Twist to close: Reattach the clear housings by gently twisting them back on securely in a clockwise direction.

This is because the filters are capturing more material than typical municipal water, and as it works harder to remove contaminants, the available space for water to pass through becomes filled. While the water flow may slow, this doesn’t mean the filters are defective—it means it’s doing its job effectively. The more contaminants and materials it captures, the sooner it will need to be replaced.

These WORK! Hairdresser approved! Just think, all that brown (shown in the picture of the old filter) was going on your skin and in your hair before! I can tell a big difference in my water quality! I like that you can see these filters working and know when they need changing. I used to be able to smell the harsh chlorine smell in my water when I turned my shower on, not now with the weddell filter attached. It does what it is supposed to do!

Definitely notice a difference with mineral buildup on the shower hardware when it's new vs old, so must be doing something. For me, the filter probably lasted around 60 days before there was a significant decrease in water pressure. By significant I mean like 2/10 water pressure.Installation: 10/10. Super easy. Just twist to remove.Price wise is okay. I have a Korean one in the other shower, which is just a carbon filter + vitamin c and they're on the same price range. But it doesn't decrease water pressure so I feel like I can go a little longer with it before replacing.
