Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your Weddell Water products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We are confident in our product effectiveness and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, which begins on the date your order is delivered. Refunds will be issued once we receive the product back, minus a flat restocking fee of $4.99.

If you purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note: used or opened replacement cartridges, all gift cards, and select merchandise purchased on weddellwater.com are final sale.

  • For U.S. customers, we offer a prepaid return label.
  • Please return the unit in its original packaging. There’s no need to include any accessories (filters or plumber’s tape) that have been used.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong variant or item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, Weddell Water must be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. We reserve the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you a confirmation. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 1–3 business days to process, but please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

All unit exchanges and replacements are covered under Weddell Water’s Warranty Policy.

Exceptions & Non-Returnables

Orders sent back without first requesting a return through our return portal will not be accepted.

Subscription refills and unit accessories are final sale and cannot be refunded unless received damaged. Used or opened replacement cartridges, extra O-rings, and all gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Replacement cartridges are individually shrink-wrapped, and once the seal is broken, they are considered used. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened replacement cartridges.

We are only able to initiate refunds for products purchased directly from weddellwater.com. If your order was placed through another retailer, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
