Return Policy
We hope you love your Weddell Water products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We are confident in our product effectiveness and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Refunds will be issued once we receive products back minus a 10% restock fee.
If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Please note, used or opened replacement cartridges, all gift cards, and select merchandise purchased on weddellwater.com are final sale.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong variant or item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Weddell Water should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. Weddell Water holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will email you a confirmation once completed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds take between 1-3 business days to fully process. Please note, that depending on your financial institution it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to clear back into your account.
Exchanges
All unit exchanges and replacements are covered under Weddell Water’s Warranty Policy.
Exceptions & Non-Returnables
Orders sent back to Weddell Water without first requesting a return through the above process will not be accepted.
Subscription refills and unit accessories are final sale and cannot be refunded unless received damaged. Used or opened replacement cartridges and all gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. We are only able to initiate refunds for products purchased directly from weddellwater.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.
