Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Because we work quickly to process your order, any changes—including cancellation requests, address updates, or item modifications—must be submitted within 4 hours of purchase. We are unable to guarantee changes after that window has passed.

If your order is still within the processing window, you may be able to cancel it directly from your order confirmation email. Just click the “View Your Order” button and look for the cancellation option at the top of the page.

Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks, and promotional events, order processing times may experience delays. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in advance!

Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders. Once your order ships, it will typically arrive within 3 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.

Please note that delivery times do not include order processing times. Orders are fulfilled the next business day, and delivery windows begin once your order has shipped.

Estimated transit times by shipping method:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2 business days

If you're shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories, delivery times may take a little longer.

Please note:

  • We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes using Expedited Shipping. If this applies to you, please select Standard Shipping at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders—no minimum required.

If you choose Expedited Shipping, an additional fee will apply. This cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please note:

  • Expedited Shipping is not available for APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has picked up your package. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We’re so sorry if your order arrived damaged or incorrect—please know we’re here to make it right.

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us at support@weddellwater.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item(s) received

We take full responsibility for damaged products due to manufacturing defects and will work quickly to provide a solution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Please note: Claims submitted beyond 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, we’re here to help.

Please start by checking your tracking link for any delivery updates or exceptions noted by the carrier. If your tracking shows a delay, your package is still in transit—but feel free to reach out with any concerns.

If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 3 business days from the marked delivery date. Some carriers experience tracking lags or latency issues, and packages may still arrive during this window.

If after 3 business days your package has not arrived, contact us at support@weddellwater.com and we’ll begin an investigation.

Please note:

  • Weddell Water is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • Claims made more than 7 days after the listed delivery date may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
