User-Generated Content Submission Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the submission of User-Generated Content (UGC) to Weddell Water ("the Company"). By submitting your UGC, you agree to comply with these Terms:

  1. Ownership of Content:

    • By submitting your UGC, you affirm that you are the creator and owner of the content, and you hold all necessary rights and permissions to share it with Weddell Water.
    • You grant Weddell Water a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your UGC on the Company's official channels.

  2. Content Guidelines:

    • UGC must align with Weddell Water's values of positivity, cleanliness, and inclusivity.
    • Content should focus on showcasing the use and benefits of Weddell Water products, specifically the shower filter.
    • Content must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or harmful material.

  3. Permission to Share:

    • By submitting your UGC, you grant Weddell Water permission to share your UGC on the Company's official website, social media channels, and other promotional materials.
    • You understand that your content may be edited for clarity, format, or promotional purposes.

  4. Selection and Feature:

    • Weddell Water reserves the right to select and feature UGC based on its discretion.
    • Submission of UGC does not guarantee its feature on Weddell Water's official channels.

  5. Free Replacement Filters Perk:

    • If your UGC is selected and featured, you may be eligible to receive free replacement filters for Weddell Water products.
    • The Company will contact you via the provided email address for further details and shipment.

  6. Content Authenticity:

    • You confirm that the submitted UGC is your original work and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

  7. Use of Personal Information:

    • Weddell Water will use the personal information provided in the submission form for communication purposes related to the UGC submission.
    • Weddell Water will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

  8. Termination of License:

    • You may request the removal of your UGC from Weddell Water's official channels by contacting us at hello@weddellwater.com. Upon such request, Weddell Water will make reasonable efforts to remove the content promptly.

  9. Changes to Terms:

    • Weddell Water reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued submission of UGC constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

By submitting your UGC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from submitting your UGC.
