Weddell Duo Shower Filter Lifetime Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage: Weddell Water (“the Company”) proudly offers a lifetime limited warranty for this shower filter product, ensuring it to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the entire duration of the product's life. This lifetime warranty is valid exclusively for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Warranty Benefits: Throughout the entire lifetime of the product, if it is discovered to have manufacturing defects or faulty materials, the Company will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product without any cost to the customer. In cases where the original product is no longer available, the Company reserves the right to provide an equivalent product.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

This lifetime warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation of the product. It does not cover damage caused by the use of incompatible accessories or non-authorized replacement parts. Damage caused by water conditions (e.g., hard water deposits) or any other external factors is not included in this warranty. Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect under this lifetime warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact our customer service department within the entire lifetime of the product. Proof of purchase, such as a dated sales receipt or order confirmation, may be required.

Repair or Replacement Process: Upon approval of a warranty claim, the Company will provide instructions for returning the defective product (if necessary). Subsequently, the Company will proceed to repair or replace the product, as determined at its discretion, covering the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product to the purchaser.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability under this lifetime warranty is confined to the repair or replacement of the product as described herein.
