Weddell Water Lifetime Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Weddell Water offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for Weddell Water products when used under normal residential conditions and in accordance with product instructions.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

“Lifetime” refers to the functional lifetime of the product under normal use and does not guarantee performance beyond the product’s intended service life.

What Is Covered

If a covered defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed, Weddell Water will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model

Replacement products may be new or refurbished and are subject to availability.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or performance issues resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation

  • Use inconsistent with product instructions or specifications

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or discoloration over time

  • Water conditions beyond the product’s intended use

  • Use of incompatible accessories, parts, or components

This warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.

Use of unauthorized, altered, or counterfeit products — including non-Weddell replacement filters or components — will void warranty coverage.

Authorized Sellers

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Weddell Water or from authorized retailers. Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, third-party resellers, or unverified marketplaces are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Product Registration

Product registration helps keep your purchase information on file and may assist with faster support if a warranty claim is submitted. Registration alone does not guarantee warranty eligibility.

Please retain your proof of purchase. Warranty eligibility is verified if and when a warranty claim is submitted.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Weddell Water customer support. You may be asked to provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Product details

  • Photos or additional information related to the issue

Weddell Water reserves the right to request return of the product or affected components as part of the claim evaluation process.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weddell Water’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of the product. Weddell Water shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Consumer Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction. This warranty does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
